Celebrating 161 Years of God’s Faithfulness

Look back on the Lord’s goodness through our Event Highlights and the “Yesterday, Today, Forever” song rendition.

161st Anniversary & Thanksgiving Service (1 November 2025, 4:30 pm)

We rejoice to celebrate 161 years of God’s unchanging faithfulness to Bethesda Hall (Ang Mo Kio). From humble beginnings at Bencoolen Street in 1864 to our present home in Ang Mo Kio, the Lord has guided, sustained, and blessed our assembly. This milestone is a testimony to His grace and the unwavering commitment of generations of saints who served with love and faithfulness.

A Legacy of Faithfulness

For over a century and a half, Bethesda Hall has remained anchored on the Word of God — proclaiming Christ, nurturing believers, and serving the community. Through seasons of war, relocation, rebuilding, COVID-19, and renewal, we echo the words of Psalm 90:17:

Psalm 90:17

Let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands.

Our Theme: “Jesus Only – The Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever”

This anniversary is not merely a look back but a call to press forward, remembering:

Hebrews 13:8

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

With the theme “Jesus Only – The Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever”, we gather as a church family to reflect on His goodness, celebrate His faithfulness, and dedicate ourselves afresh to the Lord.
